For the UXDX Conference, a series of marketing materials were created to promote the event and enhance the attendee experience. These materials, including brochures, programs, and table stands, were designed to be both visually engaging and highly functional—ensuring that essential event details were easily accessible while maintaining a compelling aesthetic.

The programs provided attendees with a clear breakdown of the event schedule, speaker lineup, and session descriptions, along with pricing details for different attendee packages. To add personality and a modern touch, the speakers were illustrated in a Memoji style, making them feel more approachable and engaging. The schedule was laid out with clear timelines and highlights, ensuring attendees could easily navigate through the sessions. On the back, a dedicated notes section allowed guests to jot down key takeaways, ideas, and inspirations from the conference.

A table stand was also designed to be placed in high-traffic public spaces, featuring a standout speaker highlight and an intriguing tagline to draw in potential attendees. The goal was to spark curiosity and encourage sign-ups, making the conference feel dynamic and worth attending.

Since user experience is at the heart of the event, the design took inspiration from abstract and thought-provoking visual trends of the year. The challenge was to take traditionally static, text-heavy conference materials and elevate them into something visually compelling and enjoyable to explore. Through strategic layout choices and engaging design elements, the materials reflected the essence of UX design—seamless, intuitive, and impactful.
